New Features and Improvements

1. Implemented a configuration with magazine/tool support for Heidenhain.
2. Fanuc: optimized the equipment availability check.
3. Added equipment availability checks to the standard configurations for OPC UA drivers.
4. Added appropriate exception handling when creating Heidenhain OPC UA drivers.
5. Rewritten the user interface components of the main KPI module page in React.

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed an issue with device tree creation for Sinumerik.
2. Fixed an issue where current snapshot and state values were sometimes not displayed in the Monitoring section.
3. Fixed an issue with dragging ticket groups in the ticket editor.
4. Fixed an issue in the downtime classification service that could result in reasons with negative durations and overlapping intervals. Additional validation has been added to the downtime classification API to prevent invalid intervals from being saved to the database.
