Bug fixes:

Fixed an issue in the caching mechanism that could, in rare cases, incorrectly trigger a cache miss. As a result, clients could receive a "no data" error even though valid data was already available in the server cache.

This release serves as a baseline milestone representing the current state of the MODBUS OPC UA Server. Starting with version 3.13.0, all subsequent releases are published on dpaxt.com.
Previous releases significantly expanded the server's capabilities. An asynchronous communication model was introduced, featuring data caching, transaction scheduling, and efficient batch request processing. Error handling and timeout management were improved, and automatic connection recovery mechanisms were implemented to restore communication after protocol or network failures.
The server's reliability was also substantially enhanced. Graceful shutdown was implemented, network connection handling and timing behavior were refined, request and response processing issues were resolved, and socket handling was optimized by adopting a more predictable synchronous I/O model. Support for Linux and Docker was also added.
At the platform level, numerous improvements were made to increase stability and portability. These include updated build pipelines, removal of dependencies on prebuilt libraries, improved compatibility across different environments, including Windows, Linux, and legacy systems, and enhanced long-term reliability of the OPC UA server during continuous operation.
