OPC UA Server for Picanol

This release serves as a baseline milestone representing the current state of the PICANOL OPC UA Server. Starting with version 3.13.0, all subsequent releases are published on dpaxt.com.

Previous releases introduced and stabilized support for the BICOM communication protocol, providing reliable integration with PICANOL weaving machines.

At the platform level, several improvements were made to enhance stability and portability. A shared COMMON library was introduced, including the s-sync execution model for synchronous communication protocols. Connection handling and failure recovery were improved, while the build infrastructure was modernized and support for multiple deployment environments, including Windows, Linux, and Docker, was expanded.
