We develop specialized OPC UA servers for a wide range of CNC systems, PLCs, industrial controllers, and automation platforms. Our solutions support the most widely used manufacturers and communication protocols across manufacturing and other industrial sectors.
Today, the DPA ecosystem offers one of the broadest ranges of supported controllers and industrial communication interfaces on the market. This enables manufacturers to connect equipment from different vendors and generations into a single machine data collection and processing platform.
If you don’t see your CNC system or controller listed, please contact us. We’ll be happy to discuss the available integration options. In many cases, integration can be achieved using the platform’s existing capabilities or by developing a dedicated OPC UA server for a previously unsupported protocol.
Provides Ethernet connectivity to FANUC CNC systems using the native FOCAS protocol.
Supports all FANUC Series 32i, 31i, and 30i CNCs, as well as the 21i/21, 18i/18, 16i/16, 15i/15, 0i, and Power Mate i series.
Provides access to the full range of CNC data, from production parameters to diagnostic information. Unlike many competing solutions that implement only a limited subset of FOCAS functionality, the server delivers comprehensive coverage of the protocol’s capabilities.
Provides connectivity to MATRIX 2 and MATRIX NEXUS 2 CNC systems, delivering real-time access to machine data. The server communicates natively with the controller, providing access to production parameters, machine status, diagnostic information, and other data required for equipment monitoring and analysis.
Provides connectivity to Mazak SMOOTH-C, SMOOTH-G, SMOOTH-X, and SMART CNC systems, delivering real-time access to machine data. The server communicates natively with Mazak controllers, providing access to production parameters, machine status, diagnostic information, and file operations, including program upload and download.
Implements the Modbus TCP protocol and provides OPC UA access to COIL, DI, HREG, and IREG registers.
Provides connectivity to Picanol weaving machines based on the Plus and BlueBox platforms, delivering real-time access to production data. The server communicates natively using the BICOM protocol, providing access to key production parameters, including current and target fabric length, fabric density, pick counters, design information, and other process data.
Provides connectivity to Siemens SINUMERIK CNC systems, including the 840D sl and 828D sl series, as well as other compatible models, over Ethernet using the S7 TCP protocol.
When external communication via S7 TCP is not available, the OPC UA server can be installed directly on the PCU operating system. In this configuration, the server communicates with the NCK and PLC over the controller’s internal Ethernet network using S7 TCP, eliminating the need for external communication protocols.
If the PCU is connected to the NCK and PLC via the MPI interface and S7 TCP is not available, the Siemens S7 PROFIBUS/MPI OPC UA Server can be used instead. The server is installed directly on the PCU operating system and communicates over the MPI interface using the Siemens S7ONLINX communication layer.
To support legacy SINUMERIK systems, we provide different builds of the OPC UA server compatible with various Windows versions, including Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows NT 4.0, which are commonly found on SINUMERIK 840D control units.
The server has been tested and proven to operate reliably with SINUMERIK 840D pl systems, as well as other Siemens SINUMERIK models.
Provides connectivity to Syntec CNC systems across multiple generations, delivering real-time access to machine data. The server communicates natively with the controller, providing access to parameters, variables, machine status, diagnostic information, and alarm messages.
It also supports the CNC file system, including program upload, download, and file management, while providing the complete set of data required for monitoring, analysis, and integration of Syntec equipment into industrial systems through OPC UA.
