DPA collects data directly from production equipment and transforms it into actionable insights for operators, supervisors, and management.
DPA enables manufacturers make faster decisions, eliminate surprises, and continuously improve performance.
DPA is designed for incremental deployment. Start by connecting your equipment and gaining immediate value through machine monitoring, then expand with analytics, shop floor management, production planning, and ERP/MES integration.

Watch a 10-Minute Platform Overview
Everything in DPA starts with reliable machine data.

DPA connects directly to CNC machines, PLCs, robots, and other production equipment, collecting data at the source without manual input.
Communication with production equipment is handled by DPA’s high-performance OPC UA servers. They translate proprietary machine protocols into the industry-standard OPC UA interface.
DPA supports one of the broadest ranges of industrial protocols and automation systems on the market:
The collected data is transmitted to DPA Server, typically deployed on the shop floor close to the production equipment. DPA Server normalizes raw machine data, converts signals into machine states, events, alarms, and process parameters, and prepares the information for further analysis. A single server can support up to 300 machines, while the distributed architecture scales easily across multiple production sites.
At the center of the platform is DPA Host, deployed in the enterprise network. It provides centralized data storage, analytics, and the runtime environment for all DPA modules. Separating machine connectivity from centralized processing delivers high performance, scalability, and reliable operation in manufacturing environments of any size.
Start gaining value from your machine data within hours, not months.
Once production equipment is connected and machines are added to DPA, users immediately gain real-time visibility into shop floor operations. Out of the box, the platform provides machine states and operating modes, active CNC programs, G-code execution, machine loads, process parameters, and actual runtime.

Collecting data is only the beginning. Real value comes from turning insights into better operational decisions and day-to-day production management.

DPA fits naturally into existing production processes. Start with machine monitoring, then expand to production management, planning, and cross-functional workflows as your digital manufacturing journey evolves.
Start with machine monitoring, then add new capabilities as your manufacturing needs evolve. DPA’s modular architecture lets you expand the platform without disrupting production or replacing existing systems.

DPA uses industry-standard technologies such as OPC UA, MQTT, Kafka, REST APIs, and Docker. Open interfaces simplify integration, reduce vendor lock-in, and allow the platform to grow with your business.
We support customers and partners throughout deployment and day-to-day operation.
Our focus is on building long-term partnerships and ensuring reliable system performance in demanding industrial environments.
From high-volume production to one-off manufacturing.
DPA is used across a wide range of industries, including industrial machinery, automotive, pharmaceuticals, textiles, ceramics, and many others. The platform adapts to different production processes, equipment, and organizational structures without changing its core architecture.
