Know exactly what's happening on your shop floor
In real time

DPA collects data directly from production equipment and transforms it into actionable insights for operators, supervisors, and management.

DPA enables manufacturers make faster decisions, eliminate surprises, and continuously improve performance.

DPA is designed for incremental deployment. Start by connecting your equipment and gaining immediate value through machine monitoring, then expand with analytics, shop floor management, production planning, and ERP/MES integration.

Watch a 10-Minute Platform Overview

The Core of the Platform: Machine Data Collection and Processing

Everything in DPA starts with reliable machine data.

DPA connects directly to CNC machines, PLCs, robots, and other production equipment, collecting data at the source without manual input.

Communication with production equipment is handled by DPA’s high-performance OPC UA servers. They translate proprietary machine protocols into the industry-standard OPC UA interface.

DPA supports one of the broadest ranges of industrial protocols and automation systems on the market:

FANUC FOCAS
SIEMENS SINUMERIK
SIEMENS S7 / S7+
HEIDENHAIN
BECKHOFF ADS
MAZAK MAZATROL
OKUMA
MITSUBISHI
DELTA TAU
MODBUS
NUM
DELEM
GSK
HNC
CYPCUT
FSCUT
PICANOL
DORNIER
BALTSYSTEM
and others...

The collected data is transmitted to DPA Server, typically deployed on the shop floor close to the production equipment. DPA Server normalizes raw machine data, converts signals into machine states, events, alarms, and process parameters, and prepares the information for further analysis. A single server can support up to 300 machines, while the distributed architecture scales easily across multiple production sites.

At the center of the platform is DPA Host, deployed in the enterprise network. It provides centralized data storage, analytics, and the runtime environment for all DPA modules. Separating machine connectivity from centralized processing delivers high performance, scalability, and reliable operation in manufacturing environments of any size.

Fast Deployment. Ready-to-Use Analytics

Start gaining value from your machine data within hours, not months.

Once production equipment is connected and machines are added to DPA, users immediately gain real-time visibility into shop floor operations. Out of the box, the platform provides machine states and operating modes, active CNC programs, G-code execution, machine loads, process parameters, and actual runtime.

Preconfigured drivers for a wide range of CNC systems and industrial controllers eliminate most custom development and complex configuration. Standard configurations cover the majority of deployments, while additional machine parameters can be added at any time using DPA’s flexible configuration tools.
More than 30 built-in analytics tools are available immediately after deployment. Gantt charts, downtime analysis, Pareto charts, OEE, KPI dashboards, and many other reports provide actionable insights without requiring external BI platforms or lengthy implementation projects.
Production Management: From Insight to Action

Collecting data is only the beginning. Real value comes from turning insights into better operational decisions and day-to-day production management.

Built on reliable, real-time machine data, DPA supports the essential workflows of modern manufacturing, including production tracking, plan-versus-actual analysis, production dispatching, downtime management, and rapid response to operational issues. Managers gain complete visibility into production, while operators always work with current schedules, CNC programs, and manufacturing instructions.

DPA fits naturally into existing production processes. Start with machine monitoring, then expand to production management, planning, and cross-functional workflows as your digital manufacturing journey evolves.

Additional Modules: Expand as Your Business Grows

Start with machine monitoring, then add new capabilities as your manufacturing needs evolve. DPA’s modular architecture lets you expand the platform without disrupting production or replacing existing systems.

Additional modules include CNC program management, operator and supervisor workstations, KPI dashboards, production scheduling, dispatching, and other manufacturing applications. Each module builds on the same machine data foundation, creating a connected production environment instead of isolated software tools.
Implement only what you need, when you need it. Grow from machine monitoring to a complete MES platform at your own pace while keeping projects manageable, reducing implementation risk, and protecting previous investments.
Architecture
Built on open standards, not proprietary ecosystems

DPA uses industry-standard technologies such as OPC UA, MQTT, Kafka, REST APIs, and Docker. Open interfaces simplify integration, reduce vendor lock-in, and allow the platform to grow with your business.
